When we first started playing at the NAMM Show in Anaheim, we were blown away by the sheer magnitude of it. It’s massive! There are so many people, so many instruments, and the days just rush by. But we’d often heard our friends at Audix and Gibson say, “If you think this is crowded, you should see the Musikmesse in Frankfurt!” And we always thought, there’s no way it could be bigger than this.

We were wrong.

We were invited to play at this year’s Musikmesse in Germany and it was an amazing gig. We were honoured to be featured on both the Audix and Gibson/Epiphone stages and ended up playing 15 sets in three days. We got to meet many of our German fans, some of whom travelled hours to hear us play. (We didn’t know how many of you guys were out there—thank you for being awesome!)

The days were magic, filled with Mövenpick ice cream (WE KNOW RIGHT!), fried foods, and sunshine, and our first Musikmesse was as incredible as we thought it would be and somehow more so.

Here are some pics from the convention… We’ll see you again soon, Germany!
